When officials and authorities admit mistakes, students are more understanding

CMU Police Chief Bill Yeagley admitted that the warning sent out on Oct. 16 from the Central Alert System was due to human error. Yeagley apologized and said that protocol is being taken to ensure it won’t happen again.
