Panelists say too many unnecessary loans given out

Students got a chance to learn about everything from affordable housing projects and foreclosures to investments during CMU's first real estate conference Thursday.

The conference, which took place Thursday afternoon in Grawn Hall, shed light on the real estate market, said Pat Corcoran, Real Estate Development director.
